Zinc integrates with all major ATS and HRIS systems at no cost, including Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Pinpoint, and more. Our integrations are easy to set up in minutes, and most don’t require any tech support (but we’re always here if you need questions).

How do I get started with Zinc?
Getting started with Zinc is quick and simple.
If you’re hiring more than 50 employees a year, book a call with our team to talk about tailored options for your company size, industry, and hiring goals.
If you’re hiring less than 50 employees a year, our Pay As You Grow (PAYG) account is the perfect option. You’ll have total flexibility over what checks you send, and can scale up or down based on your hiring volumes. We’ll only charge you for the checks you actually use, and there are never any hidden fees.
Are Zinc background checks customisable?
Yes, Zinc’s background checks can be adapted for whatever hiring situation you have.
You can build your own custom check packages directly in the platform yourself to align with any hiring requirements you have, and re-use them across multiple roles. We also offer pre-built check packages to align with industry-specific requirements like SMCR, CQC Regulation 19, and Ofsted requirements.
