With 15 years of experience in recruiting, our co-founders Luke and Charlotte knew there had to be a better way to run background checks. Outdated platforms, bad candidate experience, and manual processes just weren’t cutting it.
Zinc was built with a mission to help people prove their work identity seamlessly. Our process starts by putting people at the centre of the process, and believes in technology as an aid for all — not a barrier.
Today, Zinc is a culture-first company with over 100 employees. Alongside Luke and Charlotte, they come to work every day with a passion to help people on their journey to new jobs.
