Zinc’s criminal record check in Ukraine covers the criminal record excerpt, issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs Department of Information and Analytical Support. It has nationwide coverage for citizens and foreigners over 18\.
The check covers convictions and offences across categories including crimes against national security, life and health, liberty and dignity, sexual freedom, property, public order, computer systems and networks, and military offences, among others, and excludes anything deleted under rehabilitation laws or considered spent.
Can foreign employers apply for a Ukrainian criminal record excerpt directly?
No. Only the candidate can apply for their own excerpt, and a foreign employer can't request it directly.
