Does Zinc support international hiring?
Yes. Zinc’s platform is built to automatically adapt to hiring regulations around the world, so you can use one system whenever you hire. While other providers might specialise in one region, Zinc is a truly international solution built for global teams.
When a candidate starts their checks, they confirm their country of residence and citizenship. Zinc automatically routes the right check types for that country and applies the right data capture, check types, and regulatory logic. You don’t need to build separate checks packages for each market you’re hiring in or do any extra admin.
The only exception is DBS checks, which are only available in the UK.
For candidates with international address histories, you can enable multiple criminal checks within a package, covering up to 10 years of history across every country where they lived for 6+ months. Zinc prompts the candidate to confirm their address history and runs the relevant check in each jurisdiction automatically.
