MyTutor is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding for its students, ensuring a secure and positive learning environment. This commitment is reflected in its strict adherence to robust child protection policies, including the implementation of 'Safer recruitment' practices, aimed at ensuring the suitability of staff and volunteers to work with children and young people.
Given the importance of DBS and CRB status updates in ensuring a pool of top-quality educators, MyTutor faced a significant challenge. Talia Allen, Senior People Ops & Experience Executive, discovered she was spending over two hours each week trying to resolve issues with their current background-checking provider.
