You can now use Zinc’s professional background checking toolkit directly from your LinkedIn Talent Hub dashboard, where you’ll be able to share rich candidate insights with your colleagues, whilst maintaining due diligence across all roles. The LinkedIn Talent Hub integration with Zinc gives customers the ability to streamline the hiring workflow by requesting reference and background checks at the click of a button. Fully customisable reference checks and screening packages

When you start using Zinc, your account manager will work with you to create screening packages tailored to your company needs, whether you need referencing for certain roles or a full screening package with all of Zinc’s background checks including criminal record, global sanctions, education and ID checks. When it comes to your referencing requirements, the default employment check includes four verification questions to ensure your candidate has the experience they claim to have. The rest is up to you, choose a question set type, and customise around your hiring needs. If culture is at the heart of your hiring, use our culture-add reference questions. But if you’re interested in how suited your candidate is to remote work Zinc has question sets for those as well. Zinc’s expert-designed reference questions can be used just as they are. However, if you want more control over your checks you can edit the questions, and add or delete questions so that your checks focus precisely on what’s important to you. 

Zinc’s integration with LinkedIn Talent Hub puts you in control over when you reference candidates, how many references to collect and what questions to ask, including a range of question types such as multiple-choice, Likert scale or yes/no.

When you’re ready to conduct a check you simply go to the candidate profile, click the three dots and click ‘run background check’ and Zinc will do all the hard work for you.
