This document is intended for all current customers (including recruiters) and candidates who have either requested or submitted background checks through the Zinc platform.

Complaints procedure
Zinc takes complaints by all of its users seriously, whether you’re a recruiter, a candidate or an interested party. We want you to know that you can contact us at any time in order to raise your concerns.
Zinc commits to responding to all complaints raised within 24 hours. At times this will be an acknowledgement email, at other times we’ll be able to respond more formally with a resolution.
All you need to do to raise a complaint is write to one of the above email addresses (depending on the type of your complaint) and Zinc will resolve the complaint to the best of our ability.
